Three sets of terms, and none of them change the build. Build and hand off is fixed scope and fixed price, with code, accounts and documentation handed to you at the end. Build and support adds monitoring and updates, and I hold the domain, hosting and accounts so you're not maintaining them. Stay on retainer sets monthly hours and a standing call, cancelable with 30 days notice. Under any of them you can take ownership whenever you ask for it.
How does a project start?
A thirty-minute call, with no deck and no pitch. We write the problem down and agree on it before anything gets quoted.
