This policy covers kbrtms.com, operated by KBR TMS Consulting, LLC. It describes what the site collects, why, and who else handles it. It does not cover information you share with us during a paid engagement, which is governed by your agreement.
What this site collects
The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form:
- Your name and email address, both required so we can reply
- Your company name, if you provide it
- Which service you are interested in and which engagement terms you have in mind
- The message you write
We ask for a work email rather than a personal one. Please do not put sensitive information, credentials, or confidential client data into the form.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated first and the change noted above.
Who processes your information
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
- Resend delivers contact form submissions to us by email.
- Google Workspace is where that email is received and stored.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser when the page loads. We do not send any of your form data to them.
How long we keep it
Contact form emails are kept in our inbox as an ordinary business record. If your enquiry does not lead to work and you would like it deleted, email us and we will remove it.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to any mailing list. This site has no mailing list.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@kbrtms.com and we will action it.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
