I'm Spencer Leili, and KBR TMS Consulting is me. I spent more than a decade running engineering and product teams before this, mostly working out where a business was losing time and what to fix first. Same job now, for smaller companies.
Most of the businesses I work with are running on a few spreadsheets, a website someone built years ago, and a handful of things that only live in one person's head. None of it is broken exactly. It just quietly eats a day a week, and nobody has time to sit down and fix it.
I do the work myself. The person who quotes your job is the person who builds it, and the person who answers when something stops working. I keep my workload manageable on purpose, because being effective matters more to me than being busy. I'll only bring in an outside specialist when the job genuinely calls for it, and when I do, I'll tell you who and why.
I focus on AI, automation and getting businesses found online because that's where a smaller company gets the most back right now. How I work hasn't changed. Learn how you actually do the job, build the smallest thing that fixes the problem, then either look after it or hand you the keys.
You'll get straight answers and a real price before anything starts. I'm more likely to tell you a job is smaller than you thought than to talk you into a bigger one.
